Terms of Service

ReelMax Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (the "Terms") carefully before using any services offered by ReelMax, and comply with them whenever you access or use the services. Please focus especially on the provisions regarding indemnity and limitation of liability. If you disagree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use ReelMax services. By accessing or using ReelMax services, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you are under 18 years old or otherwise lack full civil capacity, please review these Terms together with your legal guardian and pay attention to the provisions for underage users. Otherwise, ReelMax will not bear responsibility for adverse consequences resulting from your later registration or use, and ReelMax may stop providing services to you.

Clause 1. Coverage of the Terms

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and the operator of ReelMax (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). Any service or product offered through ReelMax is governed by these Terms. The "operator" means the lawful entity responsible for operating ReelMax. The term "user" means you or any person who uses the products or services provided by ReelMax.

Clause 2. Account and Password Security

2.1 You may access products and services after logging in as a guest user. Even so, we recommend that you use Google or another approved login method to reduce the risk of account loss.

2.2 ReelMax asks you to keep your account information and password secure and to sign out at the end of each session. You are solely responsible for any unauthorized access or use caused by your failure to protect your account.

2.3 ReelMax is not liable for account security incidents, unauthorized disclosure of private information not attributable to ReelMax, or losses arising from or connected with such incidents.

Clause 3. How ReelMax Safeguards Your Information

3.1 Protecting personal information is a fundamental principle of ReelMax.

3.2 When you log in through other methods to use our services, ReelMax will use reasonably available security technology and management procedures to build a comprehensive protection system that guards your personal information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

3.3 You may review and update the information you have submitted at any time.

3.4 Without your consent, ReelMax will not provide your personal information to any company, organization, or individual outside ReelMax, unless laws and regulations require otherwise.

3.6 ReelMax attaches great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. If a parent or guardian decides that an underage child, especially a child under 10, may use ReelMax services, the parent or guardian may register the account in their own name and decide whether the services are suitable for the child. ReelMax undertakes not to publicly disclose or provide to any third party users' registration information or non-public content, data, and information stored in ReelMax systems, except in the following circumstances:

(1) You have authorized ReelMax in advance to make the disclosure;

(2) Disclosure is required by applicable laws or regulations;

(3) Disclosure is required by governmental authorities or judicial bodies;

(4) Disclosure is necessary for the protection of public interests;

(5) Disclosure is necessary to safeguard ReelMax's lawful rights and interests.

Clause 4. Your Obligations to ReelMax

4.1 Authorized Use of ReelMax

(1) Unless otherwise agreed between you and ReelMax, you may use our services only for personal and non-commercial purposes.

(2) You may access the services only through methods provided by or expressly approved by ReelMax. The rights granted to you under these Terms may not be transferred.

(3) You may not use plug-ins, extensions, or third-party tools that are not authorized by ReelMax to interfere with, disrupt, modify, or otherwise harm the services covered by these Terms.

4.2 A breach of the obligations above will be treated as a material violation of these Terms. In that event, ReelMax may suspend or terminate your right to use the services, keep any fees already paid as liquidated damages, and pursue further legal remedies if ReelMax's losses exceed the amount retained.

Clause 5. Services Provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" Basis

You acknowledge that the services are offered in light of existing technology and operating conditions. Although ReelMax will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity and security, we cannot anticipate or eliminate every legal, technical, or other risk. These risks include, without limitation, force majeure events, viruses, Trojan horses, hacking attacks, system instability, service interruptions, data loss, and other loss or damage caused by third-party service defects, governmental actions, and similar reasons.

Clause 6. Equipment Needed to Access the Services

6.1 You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for obtaining the devices needed to use ReelMax services, such as computers or mobile devices, and for paying the related costs, including telephone charges and internet fees.

6.2 You understand that using these services will consume device resources and network bandwidth.

Clause 7. Advertisements

7.1 You agree that, while providing services, ReelMax may, directly or through authorized third-party advertisers, deliver advertisements or promotional information to you, whether commercial or non-commercial. ReelMax may adjust the method and scope of that delivery at its own discretion without prior notice.

7.2 ReelMax performs its legal obligations toward advertisers. You are responsible for determining whether any advertisement is authentic and for all consequences arising from your decisions. Except where required by law, ReelMax is not liable for any loss or damage caused by ad content or transactions carried out in reliance on such content.

7.3 You agree to judge the authenticity and reliability of advertisements shown through ReelMax on your own and to bear responsibility for any transaction you conduct based on them, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

7.4 You acknowledge that paying for a ReelMax service or feature does not mean advertisements will stop. Your acceptance of advertisements forms part of the consideration for ReelMax to provide comprehensive services to all users, and your acceptance of these Terms means that you agree to this arrangement.

Clause 8. Purchase and Subscription of Products and Services

8.1 You understand that ReelMax may provide certain services free of charge and may charge fees for others. The fees collected relate to Internet value-added services. Amounts credited to your ReelMax account may be used only for services covered by these Terms. Amounts that have already been consumed are non-refundable. If a user applies for a refund of unused funds and the refund is approved, the refund will be made in legal tender through the original payment method, subject to a 10% handling fee. If refunding through the original method is not possible, you may contact us to arrange another refund method.

8.2 You understand that ReelMax may adjust its charging standards and fee rules at its discretion. Updated standards or rules take effect once published and become part of these Terms. ReelMax may change the pricing of existing services or begin charging for services that were previously free. We will provide notice before such changes take effect. Continued use after the changes become effective will be regarded as acceptance of the revised terms.

8.3 Some ReelMax services are paid services. To use them, you must also comply with the applicable service-specific terms. ReelMax will provide notice on the relevant page. If you refuse to pay, you will not be able to use those services.

8.4 ReelMax has the right to decide the charging standards and methods for its services, and different services or service stages may apply different standards.

8.5 When necessary, ReelMax may revise the price of paid services or start charging for services that were previously free. Notice will be provided before the changes take effect. If you do not accept the new arrangement, you may stop using the services.

8.6 ReelMax offers a subscription viewing service. For pay-per-view content, the subscription period is one month from the payment date. ReelMax only guarantees access during that period and is not responsible for access problems after the period expires.

8.7 Recharge and Virtual Currency

8.7.1 Products are purchased with virtual coins, and different products may correspond to different coin types. You must use the appropriate virtual currency when making a purchase.

8.7.2 You understand that trading virtual coins with other users through ReelMax is prohibited. Such conduct breaches these Terms, and ReelMax may take necessary measures, without prior notice, to stop it.

8.7.3 You agree that once a top-up transaction has been completed, it cannot be changed.

8.7.4 Before topping up, you must carefully verify the relevant account and order information. ReelMax is not responsible for losses caused by user error, selecting the wrong account, or misunderstanding the charging rules.

8.7.5 If you use a third-party payment service, you must comply with that service's terms. You are responsible for protecting your personal and financial information. ReelMax is not responsible for disputes arising from third-party payment services.

8.7.6 If your account is frozen or terminated because you violated these Terms, you may not request compensation from ReelMax.

8.7.7 If a platform failure causes a difference between the amount you paid and the amount actually received by us, we will correct the issue when the relevant data can be recovered and you provide valid proof.

8.7.8 If, due to a platform failure, we receive less than the amount you paid, we will make up the shortfall.

8.7.9 If, due to a platform failure, we receive more than the amount you paid, we reserve the right to recover the excess amount.

8.7.10 You acknowledge that subscriptions to any content on ReelMax are final and cannot be changed. Unless ReelMax expressly agrees otherwise, payments for subscriptions are non-refundable. This rule also applies if the service is suspended or terminated, or if purchased content is removed from the platform.

Clause 9. Third-Party Products or Services

When you use third-party products or services that are available through ReelMax, your use is governed both by these Terms and by the third party's own terms. ReelMax and the relevant third party are each independently responsible for their own obligations and for disputes arising from them, in accordance with applicable laws and agreements.

Clause 10. Software

10.1 Use of our services may require you to download software. ReelMax grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use that software solely for the purpose of accessing or using our services.

10.2 To improve user experience, service security, and product functionality, ReelMax may from time to time release software updates. You should install the latest version; otherwise, proper operation cannot be guaranteed.

Clause 11. Intellectual Property

11.1 The commercial signs and logos used by ReelMax in connection with the services are protected by copyright and/or trademark rights owned by ReelMax.

11.2 All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, in the information, materials, text, software, audio, images, video, and graphics related to ReelMax services belong to ReelMax or its licensors and are protected worldwide. Without prior legal authorization from ReelMax or the relevant rights holder, you may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, license, transfer, sell, or create derivative works from such content. Any violation constitutes a material breach. In that event, ReelMax may immediately terminate your access to the services and require you to destroy any materials obtained. ReelMax may also pursue any other legal remedies available.

Clause 12. Your Breach of the Terms

12.1 You must comply with all applicable laws and may not use our services for illegal activities, including but not limited to:

(1) Publishing, transmitting, disseminating, or storing content that endangers national security, national unity, social stability, public order, or social morality, or content that is abusive, defamatory, pornographic, violent, or otherwise unlawful;

(2) Content that infringes the intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or other lawful rights of others;

(3) Maliciously fabricating facts or concealing the truth in order to mislead or deceive;

(4) Publishing, transmitting, or disseminating advertising information or spam;

(5) Other conduct prohibited by law.

12.2 Violations may expose you to lawsuits, fines, or other sanctions from competent authorities, which may ask ReelMax for assistance. You must bear all resulting liability, and ReelMax will have no liability for it.

12.3 If ReelMax discovers, or is notified, that your content violates this clause, ReelMax may, at its discretion, delete, block, or disconnect the relevant content. ReelMax may also suspend or terminate services, restrict, freeze, or cancel your account, and pursue legal action.

12.4 You alone are responsible for any damage caused to third parties by your violation, and you must compensate ReelMax for any loss it suffers as a result.

12.5 Any violation under this section is a material breach. ReelMax may suspend or terminate your services, withhold fees as liquidated damages, and seek further legal relief if its losses exceed the amount withheld.

Clause 13. Compliance with Local Laws

13.1 When using our services, you must comply with local laws and regulations and respect local customs. You alone bear the consequences of any breach.

13.2 You may not use our services to involve ReelMax in political activities or public events. If you do, ReelMax may suspend or terminate your access.

13.3 A violation of this section constitutes a material breach. ReelMax may suspend or terminate your services, retain fees as liquidated damages, and seek additional legal remedies.

Clause 14. Complaints from Third Parties

14.1 You are solely responsible for all content that you send or transmit through our services.

14.2 Your content must come from lawful sources, and you must either own it or have authorization from the rights holder.

14.3 You agree that ReelMax may use your content as necessary to perform these Terms or provide services to you.

14.4 If ReelMax receives a notice from a rights holder alleging that your content infringes their rights, ReelMax may, at its discretion, delete, block, or disconnect that content.

Clause 15. Force Majeure and Other Disclaimers

15.1 You understand that using the services involves risks such as force majeure, which may interrupt or affect the services. Force majeure includes unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable events such as natural disasters, wars, civil unrest, and government acts. ReelMax will reasonably cooperate in handling repairs or recovery, but to the extent permitted by law, ReelMax is exempt from liability for any resulting damages.

15.2 To the extent permitted by law, ReelMax is not responsible for service interruptions caused by:

(1) Computer viruses, Trojan horses, malicious software, or hacker attacks;

(2) Failures in your software, systems, hardware, communication lines, or those of ReelMax;

(3) Improper operation by users;

(4) Your unauthorized use of the services;

(5) Other circumstances outside ReelMax's reasonable control.

15.3 You understand that network information and actions of other users may involve risks. ReelMax is not responsible for the authenticity, applicability, or legality of any information, nor for infringement-related damages. Such risks include:

(1) Threatening, defamatory, offensive, or unlawful information from others;

(2) Mental, physical, or financial harm caused by misleading or deceptive conduct of others connected with the use of the services;

(3) Other risks arising from network information or user behavior.

15.4 Our services are not intended for specific high-risk purposes, including nuclear facilities, military use, medical treatment, or transportation. ReelMax is not liable for personal injury, death, property loss, or environmental damage resulting from failures of systems or services in such settings.

15.5 ReelMax has the right, but not the obligation, to handle content that violates these Terms in accordance with these Terms. We do not guarantee that all violations will be discovered or handled in a timely manner.

15.6 Do not trust unsolicited messages involving loans, password requests, or assets. Please verify identities carefully and follow ReelMax's anti-fraud reminders.

16.2 ReelMax may revise these Terms when necessary. The latest version will be published on the relevant service pages.

16.3 If you continue using ReelMax software or services after an updated version takes effect, that continued use means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, you must stop using our services.

17.1 ReelMax may alter, interrupt, suspend, or terminate its services.

17.2 ReelMax may interrupt or terminate your access without prior notice in the following circumstances:
